hey i was just wondering, i always have trouble with watercolor, do you wait for each individual color to dry before applying the next color, everytime i use water color paints they bleed

Yes i wait for the colors to dry but sometimes, there are certain effects that could be achieve using the wet-on-wet method. It also helps if your watercolor paper is thick
